Willbros Filing Form 12b-25 With Securities and Exchange Commission
(firmenpresse) - HOUSTON, TX -- (Marketwire) -- 03/14/12 -- Willbros Group, Inc. (NYSE: WG) today announced that it is filing a Form 12b-25 Notification of Late Filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) with regard to its Annual Report on Form 10-K for year ended December 31, 2011.
The Company has been unable to complete its financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2011 due to, among other things, its determination that a material weakness existed in its controls over the completeness, accuracy and presentation of its accounting for income taxes, including the tax provision and related tax assets and liabilities. The Company expects that it should be able to complete the work necessary for it to file its Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2011 within the fifteen-day extension provided by Rule 12b-25.
