Luna Grill's Lake Forest Restaurant on Schedule for March 21st Grand Opening
(firmenpresse) - SAN DIEGO, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 03/14/12 -- a well-known fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant with six locations throughout San Diego County, is making its debut in Orange County with its first location in Lake Forest opening March 21, 2012. Recently voted "Best Fast Casual Restaurant," Luna Grill is popular for its all-fresh, high-quality, made-to-order Mediterranean The fast growing chain plans to open a second Orange County location at Irvine Spectrum Center in early summer 2012.
"We're changing the restaurant's look for our Lake Forest location," said Sean Pourteymour, CEO of Luna Grill. "We're warming it up with more wood, a new booth design, TV monitors framed in wood, and digital menu boards framed in cabinetry. We want to give the restaurant an enhanced welcoming feel for our customers."
The restaurant encompasses 2,408 square feet that will seat 64, and a 900-square-foot patio that will seat 56. In addition to the improved dining booths, the dining area will include a community table that seats 14 and a waiting area for those ordering take-out. Additionally, the restaurant will feature full-height windows surrounding the dining area.
Fresh and healthy menu items are continually added to Luna Grill's already expansive menu and now the restaurant is offering a larger variety of draft-beer options which will be available at the new Orange County restaurants when they open. The chain also features for groups of all sizes, as well as a member incentive program through all of its locations.
Luna Grill, founded in 2004, has been rapidly expanding throughout San Diego County with encompassing the majority of the county.
Both of the Orange County restaurants are being designed by Taj Design, which also designed the six Luna Grill restaurants in San Diego County. Although the Lake Forest Luna Grill will employ approximately 20 when it opens, more jobs than that have been created in the construction of the restaurant -- from the lease signing, to hiring the architects, designers, contractors and many more team players -- to make the restaurant come to life.
Luna Grill is owned by Premier Food Concepts, LLC., which has headquarters in San Diego. Other Luna Grill locations throughout San Diego County include Carmel Valley, Carlsbad, EastLake, Hillcrest, Mission Valley, and Point Loma - Liberty Station.
