Xylitol Canada Announces Launch of 12 Healthy and Diabetic Conscious Products at Natural Products Expo West, and Extension of Warrants
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 03/14/12 -- Xylitol Canada Inc. ("Xylitol Canada", or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: XYL) today announced the launch of 12 new 100% xylitol sweetened products at the Natural Products Expo West this past weekend in Anaheim, California. The release of these products bolsters the Company's Xyla™ brand of product offerings.
The Company also announced that it has made an application to the TSX Venture Exchange to extend the term of 9,020,000 Xylitol warrants (the "Warrants"), which are currently set to expire on April 22, 2012, by one year. The Warrants were issued as part of a private placement completed by Xylitol in April, 2010. Each Warrant is exercisable into one common share of Xylitol at $0.40 per share. All other terms of the Warrants will remain the same.
