Takedown Entertainment Signs Letter of Intent With H2H Sport Combat

() (OTCBB: TKDN), an authority in the business of mixed martial arts, is pleased to announce it has signed a Letter of Intent with H2H Sport Combat as the first step in acquiring distribution rights to past and future MMA fights, plus certain brand and sponsorship rights. This signed letter of intent begins Takedown's due diligence process which concludes with a final license and distribution agreement for full worldwide rights.
H2H Sport Combat is an MMA promotion founded by Dennis Hallman, an Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) veteran and fifth all-time in professional mixed martial arts career wins. With 66 fights and 16 years of MMA experience to his own credit, Mr. Hallman is also a renowned promoter of more than 100 MMA events throughout the state of Washington. His shows have featured notable MMA athletes from the Northwest including UFC veterans Brad Blackburn, Benji Radach, Matt Horwich, Ryan Bader, and former Strikeforce Women's Bantamweight Champion Miesha Tate. Mr. Hallman's experienced direction cast with the best talent from the region culminates in a top notch mixed martial arts promotion.
