Fuel Doctor Continues Global Roll-Out of Its FD-47 With Distribution Agreement for Several Middle East Countries
Minimum Estimated Product Sales of $4,000,000 Over 5 Years to Maintain Exclusivity

(the "Company") (OTCBB: FDOC), a provider of innovative automotive aftermarket solutions, today announced it has signed an exclusive distribution agreement (the "Agreement") for its power conditioner/fuel efficiency booster with Saudi Arabia-based Gulf Caravan Trading. This Agreement gives Gulf Caravan Trading the exclusive rights to use Fuel Doctor's intellectual property and to market, distribute and sell the FD-47 fuel efficiency booster throughout parts of the Middle East and parts of Africa. The territory covers 11 counties including Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt, Sudan, and Kenya. FD-47 is a patent-pending power conditioner/fuel efficiency booster that increases a vehicle's miles per gallon (MPG) by power conditioning the vehicle's electrical systems.
Per the terms of the Agreement, Gulf Caravan Trading will purchase from Fuel Doctor Holdings approximately 267,000 FD-47 units over the next five years for a total estimated purchase price of over $4,000,000. The Agreement may be extended for an additional five years and over $30,000,000 worth of additional FD-47 sales. The companies may also expand the agreement to include the sales of other Fuel Doctor products. Gulf Caravan Trading must meet five-year minimum purchase requirements in order to maintain its exclusive distribution rights in the territory.
Gulf Caravan Trading has been active in the automotive business since 1995 and has been an authorized distributor for numerous global companies and brands including 3M and V-KOOL.
