Luxury Dubai Hotel Launches Video Campaign and Rolls Back Brunch Prices

Today, the Fairmont celebrates 10 years in a city that has seen it all -- sweeping business cycles, dramatic innovations in the culinary arts, and record-breaking architectural wonders.
To celebrate the guests and colleagues that make the Fairmont Dubai hotel experience so memorable, the company has created a short video: .
As part of this year-long celebration, Spectrum on One is offering a vintage menu of customer favourites at retro prices (AED 222, which pays tribute to the hotel's 2 February 2002 opening date). To the delight of guests, the Dubai restaurant's menu will, for a limited time, include Spicy Dynamite Cones with tempura prawns, rice and asparagus wrapped in seaweed, as well as Ghanam, (charcoal grilled lamb) served with zaatar French fries, and Milk-fed Veal Schnitzel served with parsley potatoes.
The pinnacle of the celebration is the 10th Anniversary Brunch on Friday 2 March. Menu highlights include a cheese and grape room featuring 35 varieties of fromage, a ceviche station, okonomiyaki (Japanese pizza), Wagyu roasts, and delectable desserts.
On 2 March, Spectrum on One will also offer retro pricing at brunch, including AED 395 (for brunch with Moët & Chandon bubbly), AED 385 (for brunch service featuring Hops & Vines), and AED 222 (featuring nonalcoholic beverages). To book these special rates, guests must watch the 10th anniversary video and identify the number of Fairmont colleagues in the front row of the last scene. Hint: It's an even number. The answer must be given to the food and beverage concierge when booking the anniversary brunch.
