FTI Announces New Auditor
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 03/05/12 -- FTI Foodtech International Inc. ("FTI" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: FTI) announces that is has changed its auditor from Deloitte & Touche LLP (D&T) to Collins Barrows Toronto, LLP (CB). Since the appointment of D&T, there have been no reservations in any auditor's reports nor any reportable events as defined in National Instrument 51-102 in connection with the audits conducted by D&T. D&T resigned as Auditors of the Corporation, leaving on good terms with the Corporation. The resignation of D&T and the recommendation to appoint CB as the successor auditor has been approved by the Company's Audit Committee.
The Corporation wishes to thank Deloitte for their service over the past years.
In addition, FTI wishes to announce that Mr. Jim Adams has resigned as a director of the Corporation for personal reasons, leaving the board on good terms with the Corporation. The Corporation wishes to thank Mr. Adams for his contribution over the past several years.
