(firmenpresse) - NEW YORK, NEW YORK -- (Marketwire) -- 03/02/12 -- Helios Advantage Income Fund, Inc. (NYSE: HAV) and Helios Multi-Sector High Income Fund, Inc. (NYSE: HMH) (each, a "Fund," and collectively, the "Funds") today announced that their Boards of Directors increased their monthly dividends.
Helios Advantage Income Fund, Inc. announced an increase to its monthly dividend from $0.06 to $0.0625 per share, payable on March 29, 2012 to stockholders of record on March 14, 2012. The ex-dividend date is March 12, 2012. Based on the NYSE closing price of $8.81 on March 1, 2012, the Fund's annualized dividend yield was 8.51%.
Helios Multi-Sector High Income Fund, Inc. also announced an increase to its monthly dividend from $0.04 to $0.0425 per share, payable on March 29, 2012 to stockholders of record on March 14, 2012. The ex-dividend date is March 12, 2012. Based on the NYSE closing price of $5.95 on March 1, 2012, the Fund's annualized dividend yield was 8.57%.
