(PINKSHEETS: BGBV) has rescind the agreements with Epic Nutrition Canada and Epic Nutrition LLC., the 15,000,000 common shares that were originally issued for the agreements will be cancelled bringing the total outstanding shares to 182, 017,468 . Mr. Latowsky has concurrently resigned as Chairman and as a Director of the company". These decisions were made in the best interest of both company's futures. Blue Gold Beverages has decided to focus 100% the company's resources on the Nylon 6,6 and PET commercial grade polymer reclamation projects. Blue Gold Beverages management believes that this course of action is necessary to ensure the company's long term success.
