(TSX VENTURE: THC)(FRANKFURT: TFHC) would like to report it has applied to extend the warrant expiration date of 648,000 warrants issues on Feb 26, 2010 exercisable at $0.30. The new expiry date will be March 26, 2013.
The company would also like to announce that effective Feb 14, 2012 George Heard has resigned as Director and CEO. Jason Walsh will resume the role of CEO.
