Washington Federal Names Trevor Bush Manager of Phoenix Retail Banking Division
(firmenpresse) - SEATTLE, WA -- (Marketwire) -- 02/27/12 -- Washington Federal (NASDAQ: WAFD) announced the appointment of Trevor Bush as Vice President & Manager of the Phoenix Retail Division headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona. Bush will be responsible for the overall management of 14 branches in the Phoenix area, and for future growth of the Company's consumer and small business market share in Phoenix and Northern Arizona.
Most recently, Bush served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Technology Officer for Western National Bank, which was recently acquired by Washington Federal. Prior to that, he served as Controller for a division of CIT Financial. His career began at Seafirst Bank in Seattle before taking on a 10-year stint at Finova Capital Corp in internal audit, then moving to finance and strategy, and eventually becoming a commercial loan portfolio manager. Bush earned his BA in accounting and management information systems at California State University and his MBA from Arizona State University.
