Whiterock REIT Provides Update on Transaction with Dundee REIT
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 02/27/12 -- Whiterock Real Estate Investment Trust ("Whiterock") (TSX: WRK.UN) provided today the following update on the previously announced transaction with Dundee Real Estate Investment Trust ("Dundee"):
The acquisition by Dundee of all of the outstanding units of Whiterock is expected to close on March 2, 2012.
