Dundee Corporation Acquires Interest in APIC Petroleum Corporation
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 02/27/12 -- In accordance with regulatory requirements, Dundee Corporation (TSX: DC.A) announced today that pursuant to the previously announced private placement of APIC Petroleum Corporation ("APIC"), Dundee Corporation has purchased 10,000,000 common shares of APIC ("Common Shares") at an issue price of $0.20 per Common Share. The position held by Dundee Corporation represents an approximate 12.81% interest in APIC.
The position in APIC was acquired for investment purposes and may be increased or decreased in the future as considered appropriate in light of investment criteria, market conditions and other factors and in accordance with the provisions of applicable securities legislation.
