Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival Extends Through March 5th via Its Online Auction Presented by Travel Curator

"Whether you were able to join us at the 2012 event or not, the Festival's online auction is a great way to continue to support Florida International University's (FIU) Chaplin School of Hospitality and Tourism Management," says Festival Founder and Director Lee Brian Schrager, who also serves as Vice President of Corporate Communications & National Events at , which hosts the Festival. "There are so many great experiences, items and travel packages in this year's auction -- I usually end up in a bidding war over some of the items myself!"

Items available include a case of 2005 Dolce "liquid gold" from Napa Valley, a case of 2008 La Clarence de Haut-Brion, a 1.5 liter bottle of 2005 Schrader "Old Sparky" Cabernet Sauvignon, or a jeroboam of Cuvee Palmes d'Or (2000).
The Festival's Online Auction presented by Travel Curator runs through Monday, March 5 at 7:00 pm (EST). Like the overall Festival, all proceeds from the auction benefit the Chaplin School of Hospitality and Tourism Management and Southern Wine & Spirits Beverage Management Center at Florida International University.
