Takedown Entertainment Signs Letter of Intent With Prime MMA

() (OTCBB: TKDN), an authority in the business of mixed martial arts, is pleased to announce it has signed a Letter of Intent with Prime MMA as the first step in acquiring distribution rights to past and future MMA fights, plus certain brand and sponsorship rights. This signed letter of intent begins Takedown's due diligence process which concludes with a definitive license and distribution agreement for full worldwide rights.
Prime MMA is the product of world renowned mixed martial arts trainer Saul Soliz. Mr. Soliz has promoted his premium level MMA promotion throughout the state of Texas for over ten years. His promotions have graduated a number of prominent MMA athletes from its ranks into major MMA organizations including Aaron Rosa, Carlo Prater, Pete Spratt, Jonathan Brookins, KJ Noons, Yves Edwards, and Anthony Njokuani. Prime MMA's unique synthesis of longevity, leadership, and regenerating pool of talented athletes has created a first-rate mixed martial arts experience.
