Talking Rock Ranch Post Third Consecutive Year of Positive Sales Figures

"2011 proved to be a year of growth transition for us," says Jim Jones, director of sales for Talking Rock. "With five unit sales in the first 35 days of the year, we anticipate this trend to continue in 2012."
In 2010 the casual western lifestyle community recorded a 58 percent decrease in inventory, accounting for 12 percent of the area's home site sales. 2009's success was marked by 55 unit sales, surpassing the total number for 2007 and 2008 combined.
