The Lodge At Kananaskis Limited Partnership Re-Files Interim Financial Statements
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 02/23/12 -- The Lodge At Kananaskis Limited Partnership (the "Company") has announced that it has revised and re-filed its unaudited interim financial statements for the interim periods ended June 30, 2011 and September 30, 2011.
The revised financial statements have been filed at the request of the Ontario Securities Commission and the only changes, as compared to the interim financial statements as filed on August 31, 2011 and December 1, 2011, respectively, are to (i) include a statement of loss and comprehensive loss for the comparative periods ended June 30, 2011 and September 30, 2011, as required under subsection 4.3(2)(c) of National Instrument 51-102 Continuous Disclosure Obligations and under paragraph 20(b) of International Accounting Standard 34 Interim Financial Reporting, and (ii) report on equity reconciliation and comprehensive income reconciliation for the respective interim periods as required by IFRS 1 First-time Adoption of International Financial Reporting Standards and in accordance with Canadian generally accepted accounting principles applicable to publicly accountable enterprises and as required under subsection 3.2(1)(a) of National Instrument 52-107 Acceptable Accounting Principles and Auditing Standards.
There are no other changes to the previously reported results or to the related Management's Discussion and Analysis.
The re-filed interim financial statements including the above-noted revisions have been filed with the Canadian securities regulators on SEDAR and may be viewed on the Company's profile at .
