(firmenpresse) - HOUMA, LA -- (Marketwire) -- 02/22/12 -- SEACOR Marine LLC ("SEACOR Marine") today announced an agreement with Superior Energy Services L.L.C. to purchase 18 liftboats for $134 million plus working capital. The transaction is expected to close by the end of March 2012, subject to regulatory approvals. All of the liftboats are currently located in the U.S. Gulf of Mexico.
