LIVESTRONG(R) Appoints New Leadership Position

In his role as Senior Director of People and Organizational Development, Franzen will work closely with Ulman to create an organizational environment where the culture thrives and the mission, to serve people and families affected by cancer, is lived out daily.

Franzen, a native of Texas, joins the LIVE team after serving as Principal Consultant for Human Paradigm, Inc. Over the course of his 20 years of experience, Franzen has provided both small and emerging companies as well as large enterprises, with creative HR management solutions. Franzen has experience managing enterprise level projects and global teams, as well as consulting to Fortune 500 companies on HR management and integrating technology into work teams. Franzen has delivered both in-person sessions and webinars on human resources and employee engagement and has been published in the professional journal workspan Magazine. Franzen is currently certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and a Project Management Professional (PMP).
