Yarmouth Veterinarian Pampers Pets With Grooming Services

When first opened its doors in 1986 it was located in a small shed behind the veterinarian's home. "When we first started our veterinary practice we set up an x-ray machine in our home and got to work living out our passion of caring for the health needs of local animals," said owner Dr. Louise LeBoeuf. Today, the animal hospital is a thriving practice that has grown into a full service pet care center. In addition to moving the practice out of their home and into a larger commercial space, Dr. Louise LeBoeuf and Dr. Peter Smith also opened a full-service and boarding facility across the street from the main animal hospital.
The pet grooming section of the veterinary clinic provides numerous services for dogs, cats and other small domesticated pets. "Our goal is to provide a complete care solution that fully meets the needs of every pet that comes through our door," said co-owner and , Dr. Peter Smith. "With a list of services that incorporates bathing, nail care, brush outs and teeth cleaning, some could argue that the Yarmouth Veterinary Center appears to be the pet equivalent of a day spa."
While providing a wide range of pet care services is what customers have come to expect from their veterinarians, Yarmouth Veterinary Center provides more than basic services and routine checkups. They also provide pet owners with something that is potentially more valuable: an education. "It is important to us that we make sure our clients know what their pets need in order to live happy and healthy lives," said Dr. LeBoeuf.
