New Veteran Owned Company Helping Service Members Secure Affordable Home Loans While Helping Veteran Focused Charities
(firmenpresse) - HOBOKEN, NJ -- (Marketwire) -- 02/21/12 -- More than 27 million military veterans are eligible for VA home loan benefits and that number is expected to rise as more service members return from Iraq and Afghanistan.
Unfortunately these returning vets are often the target of predatory and fraudulent loan practices. The Department of Justice is currently investigating ten banks accused of illegally foreclosing on thousands of veterans and active-duty military, even while some were deployed overseas. A recent Senate report alleges that close to 1 million VA home loans involve some degree of fraud.
To help veterans secure affordable home loans, VA Loan Captain (), a new veteran owned and operated company is partnering with prominent veteran non-profits and select lenders to help service members avoid falling victim of these deceptive practices.
