OnConference to Open U.S. Office
The Nevada-Based Office Will Better Serve OnConference's U.S. Customers
(firmenpresse) - OTTAWA -- (Marketwire) -- 02/20/12 -- With the addition of a U.S. office, OnConference will service American customers better with future planned enhancements for payment receipt and processing. "We anticipate that using this office will improve our customer's overall experience with our company," said Jerry Everett, President of OnConference. The addition of the U.S. office will eliminate credit card surcharges and enable checks to be mailed and processed faster with enhanced credit card payment options and faster remittance processing.
Registered to conduct business in the United States since April 2009, OnConference decided to open the Nevada office to support its ongoing marketing efforts throughout the country. With an existing web server located in Nevada, the location decision came logically. The new office complements the existing Conference Center in nearby Denver, Colo., which offers customer care staff during , a full customer data set and back-up conference bridges. "All of which enable us to provide redundant fail-over and disaster recovery for our global customer base," Everett added.
Though the business world is moving almost entirely to the internet, OnConference hopes its physical office will allow for better service and efficiency. The U.S. office, will allow OnConference to not only service its U.S. customers, but its global users as well.
