EDB ErgoGroup - Purchase of shares from key employees

(Oslo, 17 February 2012) EDB ErgoGroup ASA operates a Long Term Incentive
Program for key employees. As part of this program, these employees will
purchase shares in the company. The transaction will take place in a period of
maximum three weeks. The purchase is limited to a maximum NOK 3 million.
