Next Alternative's Emulsion-Fuel More Powerful Due to Nano-Technology

Next Alternative (NAI) manufactures Emulsion-Fuel or "NAI-Fuel" at a 60% petroleum and 40% water ratio. Also included is a miniscule amount of stabilizing agent within which nano-technology is used to increase the fuel's power.
Introducing Carbon Nano Tubes into the emulsion-Fuel mixture disperses standardized nano-sized water particles enclosed within a drop of oil. When used in a combustion engine, this creates a water vapor explosion that scatters fuel particles into highly heated steam and thereby generates a water/gas reaction.
