(PPP)
"PPP has made a number of false claims against me and RMT International," stated Dr. Dan Huber, president of the company. "We are unsure of the reasons behind the lawsuit, but the charges are baseless and we will vigorously defend our company at the appropriate time and in the appropriate venue. I would like to elaborate further so as to clarify our position, but RMT is prevented, by advice of counsel, from further comment at this time. RMT and I look forward to being fully vindicated by the court."
