(firmenpresse) - HAMMOND, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 02/10/12 -- This news release is issued by A.B.I. Strategies Inc. ("ABI") as required under National Instrument 62-103 - the Early Warning System and Related Take-Over Bid and Insider Reporting Issues ("NI 61-203"). On February 9, 2012, ABI acquired 36,555,000 common shares ("Shares") of Golden Moor Inc. ("Golden Moor") issued from treasury under an asset purchase agreement between ABI and Golden Moor, representing 35.63% of the total number of outstanding Shares. The Shares issued to ABI are deemed to have been issued at the minimum price per security allowed under the rules of the Canadian National Stock Exchange, being $0.05.
ABI holds its Shares for investment purposes only. ABI may, subject to market conditions and in accordance with applicable securities laws, make additional investments in or dispositions of additional Shares or other securities of the Corporation.
