CommerceTel Appoints Tim Schatz as Its CFO
(firmenpresse) - SAN DIEGO, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 02/09/12 -- CommerceTel Corporation (OTCBB: MFON) ("CommerceTel" or "Company"), an award-winning provider of proprietary mobile marketing technologies and solutions, announced that the board of directors has appointed Tim Schatz as the Company's Chief Financial Officer, effective February 1, 2012.
Mr. Schatz has been with the Company since January 2010 in various capacities, including Director of Finance. From 2008 to 2009, Mr. Schatz was the Corporate Accounting Manager for Locallife USA ("Locallife"), a private internet search engine technology company. Prior to joining Locallife, Mr. Schatz spent 13 years with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in various management and finance roles. Mr. Schatz graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from San Diego State in 1995.
