ORCO Germany S.A. announces the signing of three lease contracts for the
Sky Office situated on the Kennedydamm. The new leases comprise ca.
5,500sqm of first-class office space resulting in an occupancy rate of
about 90%.
After the successful signing of the lease contract with lawyers and
insolvency trustee Andres Schneider in November 2011, ORCO Germany signed
additional three contracts with renowned companies: REWE Food Ingredients,
the international consultancy Heidrick&Struggles as well as Elégance, a
global fashion company. The exclusively mandated brokerage firm Jones Lang
LaSalle acted as consultant. The high occupancy rate as well as the quality
of the tenancy reflects the attractiveness of the Sky Office.
Sky Office
The Sky Office, planned by the renowned architect Christoph Ingenhoven, is
a modern first-class business building, with easy access to the motorway
and within easy reach of the airport. Completed in 2009, the new highlight
of Dusseldorf's skyline comprises more than 37,000 sqm state-of-the art
offices and conference rooms. The concierge service Carter&Benson,
located directly in the lobby, offers a wide range of services. The modern,
well-lit, lunch-time restaurant Bistro EssArt with cafébar offers culinary
services on the ground floor. Approx. 400 parking spaces are available in
the underground car park. The project was developed and financed by ORCO
Germany S.A. Further tenants are the consulting firm McKinsey, Hogan
Lovells International LLP, the Dutch Consulate General, Interconsilium GmbH&Co. KG, Schneiders Bekleidung GmbH, Robert Half Deutschland GmbH&Co.,
Sarar Europe GmbH.
