Franchise Research Institute Names CMIT Solutions One of 25 Top Franchises
Confidential Franchisee Interviews Yield Top Ratings in Support, Communication, Training

CMIT Solutions is a national franchise system with over 130 locations that provide cloud and managed IT support for a wide range of small and medium-sized businesses. The Franchise Research Institute ranks franchise systems based on confidential survey results from local owners and publishes its prestigious Top 25 World Class Franchise list annually.

The institute gauges the quality of the franchise relationship -- the most important factor in a franchise system's success, according to the institute -- by contacting all franchise owners in a system, asking them to complete an online questionnaire and ensuring their confidentiality to guarantee candor in the responses.
CMIT Solutions scored 80 percent or higher on 14 of 17 questions, and 90 percent or higher on five questions -- extraordinarily high numbers.
"Some of these results were just off the charts," said FRI founder and CEO Jeff Johnson. "When we get 75 to 80 percent positive responses, we consider that a sign that a company is doing really well with its owners. When you start getting into the 80-percent range, or in CMIT's case the 90-percent range, that's when you show an exceptional level of success."
