("ZPP" or the "Company") (TSX: ZPP) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Michael Cheung as the Corporate Secretary of the Company to replace Mr. James Chen who has resigned. Mr. Cheung is also the Company's Chief Financial Officer and has been with the Company since 2010.
