Lysander Funds Limited Announces Changes to Lysander Bond Fund (Formerly Lysander Canadian Bond Fund)
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 02/03/12 -- Lysander Funds Limited ("Lysander") today announced that at a special meeting held today of the unitholders of the Lysander Bond Fund (formerly Lysander Canadian Bond Fund) (the "Fund"), the proposed changes to the investment objectives were approved by the unitholders.
Effective February 3, 2012, the new investment objective of the Fund is to provide the Fund with additional flexibility to invest in Canadian dollar denominated fixed income securities of U.S. and other foreign issuers. The Fund's portfolio positions will primarily be invested in Canadian dollar denominated fixed income securities of Canadian and foreign issuers.
The Fund has changed its name to Lysander Bond Fund (formerly Lysander Canadian Bond Fund) effective February 3, 2012.
Lysander Funds Limited is the trustee and investment fund manager of the Funds. The head office of the Manager is located at 100 York Blvd., Richmond Hill, Ontario L4B 1J8.
