Cathay Forest Common Shares to Be Delisted from TSX Venture Exchange

("Cathay Forest") (TSX VENTURE: CFZ) announces that its common shares will be de-listed from the TSX Venture Exchange effective at the close of market today. Cathay Forest common shares are being de-listed by the TSX Venture Exchange as they have been suspended from trading for twelve months.
