Real-Time Location System Improves Hospital Operations and Staff Efficiency

Leveraging University Hospitals Bristol's existing Cisco Unified Wireless Network, AeroScout partner Block Solutions deployed the (RTLS) to track and manage medical equipment for the hospital trust.
With 7,900 staff members across nine different sites, University Hospitals Bristol is one of the U.K.'s largest acute NHS Trusts and offers over 100 different clinical services to patients of all ages. After evaluating several RTLS providers, University Hospitals Bristol selected AeroScout because of its ease of use and superior functionality. Dozens of other NHS Trust facilities have also chosen AeroScout's Asset Tracking & Management and solutions to increase productivity and enhance patient care.
