CFO of Rainmaker Entertainment Resigns
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 01/31/12 -- The board of directors of Rainmaker Entertainment Inc. (TSX: RNK) announced today that its Chief Financial Officer, Bryant Pike, has tendered his resignation effective April 16th, 2012, in order to pursue other business opportunities.
"Rainmaker is very appreciative of Bryant's contributions to the Company over the past four years," stated Tim McElvaine, Chairman of the Board. "Bryant has helped guide the company through many changes, including transition from an income trust, transition to IFRS, lobbying for access to enhanced film and video tax credits, as well as solidifying banking relationships with the Company's lenders."
Rainmaker Entertainment Inc., a multifaceted animation studio, is one of Canada's largest producers of CG animation.
