Golden Moor Acquires the Business of A.B.I. Strategies Inc.
(firmenpresse) - CASSELMAN, ONTARIO, CANADA -- (Marketwire) -- 01/31/12 -- Golden Moor Inc. ("Golden Moor" or the "Corporation")(CNSX: MUD) announces that it has acquired from A.B.I. Strategies Inc. ("ABI") substantially all of the assets related to ABI's business, which consists of the provision of financial education and information (the "Acquisition").
The consideration payable under the Acquisition consists of 36,555,000 common shares of Golden Moor, which will be subject to a four-month hold period under applicable securities legislation. In connection with the Acquisition, ABI's principal, Daniel Landriault, will be named to Golden Moor's board of directors.
The Acquisition is entirely at arm's length and no finder's fee is payable.
