Atlantis Systems Corp. Announces Appointment of New Chief Financial Officer
(firmenpresse) - BRAMPTON, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 01/30/12 -- Atlantis Systems Corp. (NEX: AIQ.H) today announced the appointment of Bill Bartlett, CMA, as Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation effective February 6, 2012.
Bill's most recent position was as Chief Financial Officer with Shear Wind Inc., a publicly traded, renewable energy exploration and development company based in Nova Scotia. Bill joined Shear Wind in December, 2006. Bill's previous experience includes senior positions within the aerospace, airline, hotel and food industries. Bill holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of New Brunswick and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).

"Bill will add significant value to the company based on his finance skills and his past experience as the CFO of a public company, and will assist in the company's growth to the next higher level. Bill will work from our Dartmouth location as we continue the transition of our head office."
Bill replaces Ron Brown who was the Interim CFO from February 2010 to June 2011 and again since November 2011. He will remain with Atlantis for a transition period to support Bill. We thank Ron for his contribution to Atlantis.
