Rejlers associated Nettkonsult changes name to Rejlers Consulting AS and thus
clarifies Rejlers' presence on the Norwegian market. The Company's subsidiaries
with business in the Electrical Safety field will be named Rejlers Elsikkerhet
AS. Rejlers currently owns 49 percent of the shares of Rejlers Consulting and
will acquire the remaining 51 percent by the first half of 2014.
Rejlers Consulting has a leading position in respect of consultancy services to
the electricity market in Norway. The company has approximately 100 employees
and had a turnover of NOK 100 million in 2010. The company's core business is
advising customers in power distribution, energy and electrical safety. Rejlers
Consulting is headquartered in Kristiansand and has eight additional offices in
Norway. In the autumn 2011the company acquired Oslo Elprosjektering which
primarily offers services in electrical engineering to customers in the
construction and property area.
