Panda Capital Inc. Re-Files Interim Financial Statements
(firmenpresse) - OTTAWA, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 01/26/12 -- Panda Capital Inc. (TSX VENTURE: PDA.P) (the "Corporation") announced today that it has revised and re-filed its unaudited condensed interim financial statements for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2011 and 2010.
The revised statements have been filed at the request of the Ontario Securities Commission and the only change, as compared to the interim financial statements that were filed on November 28, 2011, is to include a statement of changes in equity for the comparative period ended September 30, 2010, as required under subsection 4.3(2)(b) of National Instrument 51-102 and under paragraph 20(c) of International Accounting Standard 34 Interim Financial Reporting. There are no other changes to the previously reported results or the related management's discussion and analysis.
The re-filed interim financial statements including the above-noted revisions have been filed with the Canadian securities regulators on SEDAR and may be viewed on the Company's profile at .
