Sherbrook SBK Sport Corp Subsidiary Files Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal to His Creditors and Announces Changes in the Board of Directors
(firmenpresse) - SHERBROOKE, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 01/26/12 -- Sherbrook SBK Sport Corp. ("SBK")(TSX VENTURE: SBK) announced today that its subsidiary has filed a notice of intention to make a proposal to his creditors and that a new board of directors has been appointed.
According to the company, Hockey Sherbrook SBK Inc, the subsidiary of Sherbrook SBK Sports Corp has filed a notice of intention to make a proposal to his creditors. The trustee Le Groupe Boudreau Richard Inc. was selected to conduct the process.
After filing for notice of intention to make a proposal to his creditors by the subsidiary Hockey Sherbrook SBK Inc., Mr. Michael Wright, Mr. Francis Mailhot and Mr. Richard Desnoyers were nominated to the board of directors to lead the restructuring of the company.
Mr Georges Guilbault (CEO) and Mr Gilles Dugas have resigned from the board of directors.
