Bayside Corporation Strikes Oilfield Financing Deal With C Trade Group

(firmenpresse) - DALLAS, TX -- (Marketwire) -- 01/26/12 -- BAYSIDE CORPORATION (PINKSHEETS: BYSD) has reached a financing agreement with C. Trade Group with the assistance of Green Mountain Development Corp. (PINKSHEETS: GMND) for funding up to an initial amount of $1.5 million. These funds are for the rework and recompletion of thirteen oil wells owned by Bayside in south Texas. The plan also calls for the drilling of at least two new oil wells on Bayside Corporation property.
