Keiretsu Forum Angel Investors Spread Their Wings Toward Fashion

Ahead of the Fashion is an accelerating growth program for early stage technology ventures in the consumer, retail, and fashion industries. It aims to create an environment that allows a new generation of upcoming and promising technology and fashion start-ups and designers to grow and thrive, as well as to transform San Francisco as the Fashion Technology Capital of the World.

The Honorable Willie Brown opened the event with a speech of marrying fashion with technology, and a call for cultivating the enormous talents and entrepreneurial landscape in San Francisco to bring more jobs into the City. Six startups: , , , , , and presented to a panel of Keiretsu Forum angel investor members and industry experts. The event featured fashion shows with three fashion designers: , , and . After each company presentation, the panelists voted and Keiretsu Forum Founder & CEO Randy Williams awarded as the winner of the inaugural event presentations.
