Coldwell Banker Commercial Hires Elisha Martin as Asset Services Director
(firmenpresse) - SALT LAKE CITY, UT -- (Marketwire) -- 01/25/12 -- The Utah office of (CBC) today announced the appointment of as director of the firm's Operations-Asset Services division in Alaska, an expansion of Coldwell Banker Commercial Utah's western regional office based in Salt Lake City. An associate broker for Alaska, Martin brings more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate and holds the International Council of Shopping Center designation of Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM).
CBC hired Martin to strategically tap into the growing commercial real estate management market in Alaska. She joins Jim Wood, broker for Coldwell Banker Commercial in Alaska, who heads the firm's commercial leasing and sales division.
Martin specializes in property management, leasing, and construction management. She is highly skilled in all aspects of property management including budgeting, reporting, contract negotiations, tenant relations, and capital projects administration. Formerly, Martin held positions as broker and vice president of operations for PTP Management Inc., a company that manages and leases more than 50 commercial and institutional projects of approximately 4 million square feet across Alaska. She was also general manager of the Dimond Center, Alaska's largest retail / office complex at 728,000 square feet.

Martin earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Alaska.
