(PINKSHEETS: SEEK) today announced that it has taken the first step towards becoming a fully reporting Company once again. The Company has engaged the services of a Drake & Klein, a PCAOB registered accounting firm to perform two years of audited financials and to assist with the filing of a form 10.
Commenting on the planned filings, TheDirectory.com, Inc. Founder & CEO Scott Gallagher stated, "Becoming a fully reporting Company once again is the logical next step in the growth of our Company.
