According to Mary Jean Anderson, president of Anderson Plumbing Heating & Air, "Many of our customers are busy professionals and families where the parents are working so it's difficult for them to be available during typical business hours. It just makes sense for us to accommodate their schedules and provide our services at the standard rates. It's easy for us to do and much appreciated by our clients."
"Typically in our business, there is significant revenue in charging customers for overtime if a job runs long or if there are special time requests by the customer. What we've learned is that our staff appreciates the opportunity to either come in early and go home early or come in later and go home later too. It allows them to do what's best for their family as well as offering options to our customers," said Anderson.
