Route1 Paid US $4 Million by Qwest

(TSX VENTURE: ROI) ("Route1") a security and identity management company, today announced that it has received full and final payment of its December 23, 2011 announced arbitration award under the Federal Reseller Agreement between Route1 and Qwest Government Services ("Qwest"). The award payment received by Route1 from Qwest was for approximately US $4 million. After payment of associated professional fees and disbursements for the arbitration, Route1 will receive a net amount of approximately US $2.5 million.
