Mote and Sternberg Add Experience and Expertise to the Conway Team

Mote will be responsible for property management, operations and administration, while Sternberg will take responsibility for driving revenue for the .
A graduate of Purdue University's Hospitality and Tourism Management program, Mote brings years of hospitality experience to the table, having started her career as a housekeeper at the age of 15. She comes to the Fairfield Inn and Suites Conway from the Courtyard by Marriott in Downtown Little Rock, where she spent the past six years in Sales, Guest Services and as the Assistant General Manager. "This is a great opportunity, and the logical next step in my career," Mote said. "I look forward to making a positive impact on our employees, who will make the same positive impact on our guests."
With over 20 years hospitality experience in Central Arkansas -- including 10 years in sales for Marriott brand properties -- Sternberg brings local know-how to her new position as Director of Sales. Previously, she was also the General Manager of a Fairfield Inn, and Market Sales Manager, responsible for four hotels -- two in Little Rock, and two in Memphis, TN.
