EV Energy Partners Announces Quarterly Cash Distribution

(firmenpresse) - HOUSTON, TX -- (Marketwire) -- 01/20/12 -- EV Energy Partners, L.P. (NASDAQ: EVEP) today announced a cash distribution attributable to the fourth quarter of 2011 of $0.763 per unit for all of its outstanding units. The distribution will be payable on February 14, 2012, to unit holders of record at the close of business on January 30, 2012.
