E Source Announces New Event Near Las Vegas: Utility Customer Experience Conference
Attendees Will Visit Zappos Headquarters
(firmenpresse) - BOULDER, CO -- (Marketwire) -- 01/20/12 -- E Source is pleased to announce a new two-day event: The 2012 E Source Utility Customer Experience Conference () will be held at Green Valley Ranch in Henderson, Nevada, May 7-9, 2012. It's the first conference of its kind, bringing together customer experience experts from both inside and outside the utility industry.
"We're thrilled to welcome Tammy McLeod, chief customer officer at APS, as our keynote speaker," says Maureen Russolo, director of Customer Experience Services at E Source. "She'll talk about her utility's customer-first focus and discuss how APS has improved customer and employee satisfaction, raised first-contact resolution rates, encouraged self-service, and reduced customer complaints."
Other highlights include a Zappos Insights Tour that features a visit to Zappos headquarters and a presentation on how Zappos has created a billion-dollar business by focusing on customer service. Attendees will also hear from FedEx Services' Christopher Bevel, who will share how his company manages customer interactions that can span multiple channels.
The agenda includes multiple networking opportunities that give attendees the opportunity to discuss ideas and challenges related to meeting customer expectations and improving the experiences being delivered across all customer contact channels.
