Andiamo Corporation (OTC: ANDI) Does It Again; ActionApp Acquires Another 200 iPhone Apps

PETERSBURG, FL -- (Marketwire) -- 01/18/12 -- Andiamo Corporation (PINKSHEETS: ANDI) subsidiary ActionApp Corporation, a prolific mobile App development company, has entered into a purchase agreement with another independent developer to purchase 200 iPhone Apps, yielding 400 additional Apps to their rapidly growing inventory of iPhone and Android Apps once they are converted to their business model.
This acquisition is in addition to the 23 Apps announced last week. This should bring the App inventory, including iPad, iPhone and Android to over 520 Apps. This portfolio included Apps with HD and 3D graphics.
This purchase will also be consummated from existing cash flows and there will be no stock involved.
"We anticipate both of these acquisitions to be to our developers by the first week of February. Our team will re-work these Apps and integrate our proprietary backend database, social media, analytical tracking and our advertising before they are released. We anticipate these Apps hitting the market as they are completed over the next 120 days.
