It is a requisite during Chinese New Year as a symbolism of good fortune, health and prosperity for the Chinese. From the banquet tables at Chinese New Year, the dish has evolved as a celebratory dish for family celebrations, business dinners and any joyous occasion. The higher you toss the salad the better the luck and good fortune!

Hongkongers' all-time favorite Turnip Cake has just got a make-over! The Taro and Turnip complement each other perfectly with the light sweetness of the creamy Taro and the textured savory Turnip cake with a bite of preserved sausages and dried prawns. Presented in the form of an intricately chiseled Taro Chinese Dragon emerging from the Turnip sea, you might find the Cake too much of an art form to consume!

A modern interpretation to the traditional Chinese New Year Pudding made from only Glutinous Rice. The chefs have donned their creative hats, in designing a culinary art piece of dual flavors -- a finely chiseled Coconut Pudding Chinese Dragon on a Glutinous Rice Pudding base, symbolic of the raging sea.
